Bulk Photograph Scanning Service

We provide a quality, fast and secure bulk photo scanning service. Send us your photographs and we'll return your scanned images on a single DVD presented in a DVD case. Photographs are scanned at a high quality, perfect for viewing on your home PC and home or lab printing at their original size.

Order turnaround: Currently orders are taking around 2 weeks to complete due to the season level of work.

Guidlines for sending your photographs

Please read the following carefuly before buying as it will help ensure the best results from scanning.

we accept photographs from passport size up to A4.
make sure your photos are clean and free from dust, hairs, blue tack, adhesives etc as they will show up on the scanned images.
separate your photographs in to landscape and portrait piles keeping them the same way up. Any photos within batches that are oriented incorrectly will be scanned that way, as we do not do manual rotation after scanning. It also helps to put a rubber band loosely around each 100 or so photographs to keep them together and to stop them moving. If using rubber bands please make sure they do not cause the photos to bend.
carefully pack your photos in a shoe box sized box and fill the remaining space with scrunched paper or something similar to reduce movement and decrease the chances of damage occuring to your photographs.
send your box to us using the Royal Mail's insured Special Delivery service. (Please note that you will have to pay for this separately at the Post Office. It is not included in the price of your My Loving Memories order.)

Please...
do not send photographs in bags, frames, albums or mounted to cardboard.
do not send photographs thicker than polaroid's as these are the thickest weight we are able to scan.
do not split your order across 2 boxes. We consider a single box as a single order.
do not send curled photographs as the curl will show in the scanned image.
do not sort your photographs in to a specific order as we do not scan them in order.
do not send photographs that you do not have copyright for. Click the legal link at the bottom of this page for specific information.
