MyLovingMemories cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred whilst your images are in transit.

MyLovingMemories reserves the right to refuse processing of any material they consider to be immoral or illegal.

MyLovingMemories aim to process your order within 5 working days - this is a guide time period only and MyLovingMemories can not be held responsible for longer processing times.

MyLovingMemories will return your images and or any packaging to you in the same condition as received - MyLovingMemories will send your images and DVD back to you via Royal Mail recorded delivery insured up to the sum of £2500. If this is not satisfactory, it is the customer's responsibility to organise an alternative.

MyLovingMemories reserves the right to process payment before processing the order.

MyLovingMemories does not extend any form of credit to the customer.

The customer retains full copyright ownership of their images. MyLovingMemories will keep a backup of any images processed for up to 3 months. After this period they will be removed from our system.

Reprocessing of any images will be counted as a new order and full payment will be required.

MyLovingMemories will assume that all images submitted for processing is with the customer having ensured full copyright permission.

By using this service the customer understands that he/she/they cannot hold MyLovingMemories responsible for any lost of revenue arising as a result of damage sustained to their property whilst in the care of MyLovingMemories.

The extent of MyLovingMemories's liability in the event of damage is a maximum of £200.00 GBP or the value of the processing (whichever value is the lower). In the case of a claim arising the customer must supply reasonable proof that the damage occurred whilst being processed by MyLovingMemories within one week of completion of processing. Reimbursement is at MyLovingMemories's discretion.
